RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled item within one hour after placing the order. After that window, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or fulfillment has started.

STARTING A RETURN

To request a return, contact us at ondulofficial@gmail.com or use our contact page. Please include your order number and the reason for the request. Do not send an item back without authorization. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions and the applicable return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law. We recommend using a tracked service because we cannot issue a refund for a return that we do not receive.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos when possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety, opened or used personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable, except where required by law. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item and, after the return is accepted, place a new order.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, subject to applicable law. The item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after we receive and inspect an authorized return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved the refund, contact us.
